Monday morning cup of thoughts
sent a bit early, I'm definitely distracted, meant to schedule instead of post!
As Dorothy so long ago taught us and my neighbor Janet reminded me as she returned home last night, “there’s no place like home.”
“Home should be an anchor, a port in a storm, a refuge, a happy place in which to dwell, a place where we are loved and where we can love.” — Elder Marvin J. Ashton
Sending prayers of hope to the victims of the Mosquito fire, as well as the many other fires currently burning. We are thankful to remain on an evacuation warning instead of an order. To those waiting impatiently to return home, may the time pass quickly until you cross your door path once again.
Your house is gorgeous. All the plants. Thoughts and prayers are powerful things. You have more coming all the time from your neighboring state. I kind of liked getting this early to know you are safe and things are looking cautiously optimistic. ((hugs)) 😎 🙏 🌷 🌈
You, Rick and your beautiful mountain community continue to be in our prayers.
