Sue… i want to pass on something my son, Michael, said to me a few years back because i tended to worry the day away on silly things and was missing out on present moments…. He said to replace the word worry with the word ‘wonder’ and believe it or not it immediately changed how I felt…. To wonder bright back the child like joy i used to feel…. And since then my present moments have been just that!!! Present and wonderous…. Try it and please share how it affects you my dear friend❤️
I love this suggestion, Robyn! Thank you so very much for sharing your son's wisdom. I will definitely give it a try and share at a later date my experience. 💚🥰
I always tear up when someone shows me or any other sentient being kindness or compassion. So glad your trip went well and you got to visit with your daughter. Wish I could see mine more. She’s only 6-ish hours away, but taking a plane would also take up over half that time and cost more than the gas to drive down and back. My daughter and I keep hoping for the Star Trek “Transporter” machine to come out soon… Maybe in another lifetime. 🤗
I'd take a 6ish hour drive about now, compared to a six hour flight, lol! Funny thing, Gail, today I toured the Paramount Studios in Hollywood and I stood in front of the Star Trek Transporter in their museum. I almost took a photo in it. I'd love the idea of that as well. We need to keep wishing! Thanks, Gail, for sharing your thoughts. 💚
I think kindness and positivity are incredible tools to change this crazy world we live in. There are so many things we have no control over but we can always be positive and loving towards each other.
Thank you for once again sharing your deepest thoughts, specially on the topic of kindness, my favorite! I even have a special note in my car hanging at the rear view mirror. Blessings and a Happy Thanksgiving! <3

That's a lovely reminder! It's so easy to lose focus. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hope to see you soon! 💚💚💚
Everything will be alright in the end, and if it is not alright, it is not yet the end.
