I’ve been thinking about this quote recently. One of my answers would definitely be walking on the beach.

Yoga and ocean dipping. And walking on the beach or in the forest!
The beach for sure - 100%. When I was going through my cancer journey, I often went to the beach - whether in reality or just in thought. I could close my eyes and hear the waves. It was definitely a grounding and healing exercise ❤️❤️❤️
