Prior to October, I meditated almost every day for 45 minutes at a time. Then, a long awaited home renovation began and the workers started at 8 a.m. It was a rush in the morning, and they were here for almost two months. I lost my rhythm and have not yet gotten it back. Now I appreciate receiving moments of calm when I remember to take them. Great reminders, Suzy girl.

This is wonderful! I do a spin class at home for 30 minutes five days a week followed by 20 minutes of stretching. When I first started I could only do five minutes and 10 minutes of stretching. I had to stop the negative self talk in my head and just do it. I love your suggestions. You inspire me.
Love the honesty and self-talk. Love the plain talk about it is our responsibility to parent our fears and any negative energy that may have accumulated. This was spelled out beautifully!
