Thank you for sharing your soothing thoughts with us... Sailing, metaphorically speaking, is what we’re doing in this life, and you’re one wonderful sailor, taking us along with you in the journey!

Things happen on their own timeline. Sharing your yoga with others happened organically and serendipitously, just the way it needed to evolve. The location, the people, everything as it should be.

I love all these quotes! Especially “the only way round is through” - I call it bull-dogging (of course I have had bulldogs most of my life so I use that often). Love being part of your journey and appreciate all you bring to me!

I love this quote. I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination. – Jimmy Dean. Sailing brings such a sense of peace to my life. The power of the wind, the sound of the salt water lapping at the bow of the boat and quitting of the mind is a priceless gift.

How lovely to read your words along with the music. "Sailing takes me away to where I'm going." You could take so many of us along with you on that dream. "Just you wait and see."

I love the Confucius and John Wanamaker quotes! Today, at almost 6 months out from a traumatic upper femur fracture and subsequent total hip replacement, I walked a challenging wooded trail a little over 2 1/2 miles. Pain? Yes still, but I am pushing through it. One step at a time.
