In Sue's joyful post this morning, she says, "I’ve been awake only an hour and have already been reminded three times about the importance of gratitude from other Substack writers ... " That seems to be the way Substack is creeping into my daily routines, adding information ... wisdom ... inspiration ... in ways long sought in other places which fell short. It's somewhat like opening a mystery gift bag from a clairvoyant Santa ... you never know what you'll get but, somehow, it will always be what you want and need. Thanks, Sue ... thanks Substack.

I feel the same. They say if you open a book randomly to any page, there will be a message for you. Substack is similar!💜

Yay for gratitude! I too had an amazing weekend with our two toddler grandsons who slept over. Their mom and dad came in the morning and we went out boating to a beautiful island and beach combed, hiked and swam in the ocean. Family, love, laughter and being outside in the sunshine. Today is recovery day and catching up on reading and writing. Thanks for sharing your reflections.
