This morning, I'm grateful after a weekend of profound learning at a 3-day yin yoga training course, thankful to my friend Trula, who has continuously been leading me toward what I couldn't seem to find on my own.
Listening to Ordinary Elephant (yes, still) on my drives to and from Loomis’ beautiful Santosha Yoga Collective1, I was moved by the lyrics of “Relic of the Rain.” They speak to me of the blessing of teachers and fellow students and our daily ability to learn something new.
