I'm going to be starting yoga teacher training in a week Sue. I'm so excited. I've been wanting to do this for years. I'll be joining you as a wayward yogini as I'm not even sure I'll teach. But you taking that step last year was inspiring to see. :)

Oh Kim, that's exciting news! I'm excited to hear that I in some way helped to inspire you. I wasn't sure I would teach either. I took the course to give my body and mind a jump start after what had been a stressful few years. Sound like someone you know? My book Lessons of a Wayward Yogini was inspired by this time in my life. You might enjoy reading it. If you are interested DM me. I'll send you a comp copy. xo

I love the saying “ when the student is ready the teacher will appear”.

Yes, it's always been that way. I cried for almost an hour in the middle of the night on Saturday thinking of our days in the group. It felt so good to be back in a group of like-minded people with a common goal or interest. 💚

I am so happy that you loved the yin class. The Universe puts people in our lives at the right time. I too have learned much from you. I am so grateful and so blessed.

Try clicking on the actual name of the song which is underlined, as opposed to just in the box. That's what works for me.

Yin yoga training sounds delicious! I've been trained in yin a couple times, and there seems to be always more to learn.

Oh my goodness, it was my first yin training, and actually I don't think I've even been to many yin classes. I have a new love! James was an amazing teacher if you ever want to take another class. Thank for reading, Ilona! Always fun to have another yogi to chat with. 💚

I continue to be amazed at the depth of yoga and the many options and directions one can take to learn and study. I could happily spend the rest of my life studying and practicing. It has been years since I have had the pleasure to attend a live training. After receiving my 500 hour online, I miss the collective energy of a group. What a treat!

Yes, this weekend opened my eyes to the depth to which you speak. I'm beyond excited to continue learning more about yin. The in person class was a blessing that will stay with me. Not sure where you are located or if you are even interested in a class or retreat, but I've shared James' link in my post. He has upcoming retreats and classes in different locations. Thanks for reading and commenting, Blythe. 💚
