Oh Sue. This is me too. Looking for the light and love wherever I can spot it. As a Canadian I’m thinking of my American cousins, but also trying not to lament and wring my hands with worry for what it means for the rest of us. No one will be spared from this chaos. American or no.
You are so welcome, Kim. I will continue to share what is helping me get through such a stressful time. Oh, and I am so behind on my comments and reading, but I loved the post about your son! How exciting! Wish him the best. 💕
I am trying to nourish my nervous system by staying off the news until later in the day. Once I take a peek, I immediately swing into irritation, anger and frustration. My morning practice is spent chanting the Gayatri mantra to tap into my inner light to shine that out into the world. It is my attempt to curb the noise in the world. The image captures my prayers.
Thank you for sharing these. I am appalled and very nearly frightened by the depth of my rage. While I know I'm not alone in that, I am the one I'm responsible for, and I can't be helpful to anyone if I continue to feel this way. Have a good week, Sue.
Your words and feelings are true for many of us. These are scary times. Send peace, love and light out into the world.
Yes, that needs to be our goal each day.
I agree. 🙏
Namaste my friend.

Appreciating the quotes. I find myself writing down anything that seems to calm me down or direct a new path.
I'm doing the same thing, Leslie! 💕

Maybe, Paulo Coelho - beautiful quote.
I love this, dear Sue. And the graphic aspect of the photo is fabulous.
Yes, easy.
Thank you, Paulette. I love playing with photos. 💕
You'll have to teach me.
Navigation is a fine line, probably why I also lean so much into the care sent through a namaste. Thank you.
I love that. You are so welcome. 💕
