Summer's not over
Need a new book to round out the summer heading into Fall?
Book excerpt from the Introduction of Lessons of a Wayward Yogini
Grief, fear and apprehension constitute a significant confluence for baby boomers. There were many trying lessons in the early days of entering my senior years. Let’s face it, none of us like change at a certain point in life. Change requires courage and support and willpower and perseverance. Most of all, change demands honesty with ourselves, one of the hardest lessons of all. Addressing these changes inspired me to connect with friends, family, and followers through my blog. I believe in the concept that it takes a village. For that reason, I wanted to share my lessons so they might help others.
A few words from my readers.
Every now and then we see our thoughts, feelings and emotions reflected in the pages of a book, validating that we're not alone in this journey called life. Sue's book is one of those moments. As you read, you'll find answers to questions you didn't know you had. The beauty is they'll be your answers, not hers, and that makes this read all the more worthwhile. -- Renessa Boley Layne, Author, "Fast Lane, Wrong Direction: Insider Secrets to Redesign your Success”
Sue candidly shares her personal, often intimate, and sometimes difficult life experiences. Her writing flows and is absolutely engaging. While addressing a variety of relatable subjects, she is introspective and inspires us with her ultimate optimism. Lisa Feldman Keith, Fine Artist
