Thank you, CK. I keep thinking about my feelings as a parent. I brought them into the world, but their life lessons are not mine to learn, but that doesn't mean I don't follow along every step of the way in the background helping or influencing in any way I can. Thanks for being here and commenting! It means a lot.
I love this series of discovery and remembering. The photos are darling.
Thank you, Patricia. I'm enjoying the writing very much.
You're back with the continuing tale of Suzy's arrival here on this earthly plane and the mission she has agreed to!
The photos are priceless.
Thanks, Paulette!
Such a darling glimpse into Suzy's arrival earth-side.
Awww, thanks Ilona!
Sweet Honey set this verse into music. "On Children". Beautifully done.
Oh, I just listened to it. Beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing that fact here! xo
Exactly Sue, I am reminded of Kahlil Gibran’s first verse on children in his book, The Prophet,
“And he said:
Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself.
They come through you but are not from you,
And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.”
I was given his book shortly after my son was born in 1974.
Such a beautiful writing. Thanks for the reminder.
I love these stories and the beautiful way you tell them. Can’t wait for the next episode.
Thank you, my dear friend. Me too, they are fun to write.
I love how you incorporate G-d and Angels. It gives the reader a broad perspective.
